Donegal Film Office at Donegal County Council has been working with Magamedia assisting them locate their new production to the county.
The TV drama is callled Obituary -the pitch is: a small town Obituarist in the West of Ireland resorts to murder when work dries up locally. It's a black comedy drama starring Siobhán Cullen, commissioned by HULU in the US and RTE.
Shooting in Bundoran/ Ballyshannon Area the team are now looking for crew from the county to apply. Follow Donegal film office on Instagram for updates.
Welcoming the news Aideen Doherty Film Office said that ‘this is the 3rd call out for crew this year in the county. The film office is determined to create sustained employment for local crew and is working closely with relevant partners to ensure that productions continue to see Donegal as a place to shoot. This production based in Donegal will provide opportunities for employment, services, accommodation etc during the winter months and will showcase the county internationally.
